THE DETAILS
What counts as a cat
We count a cat once its owner has paid and the 14-day cooling-off has passed. If the payment is refunded or charged back, the cat no longer counts. Your own cats, and memberships from your household, do not count. Only real, ongoing memberships do.
When we pay
On the 1st of each month, by bank transfer to a UK bank account in your own name, whenever your balance is £50 or more. Smaller balances roll over to the next month. Each payment comes with a statement that doubles as your invoice, so you never need to raise one.
The member perk
Anyone who pays the year up front with your code gets one month free: £319 instead of £348 for cats under 8, or £429 instead of £468 for cats aged 8 to 10.
