HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, one idea.

01

You choose one when you join.

02

Members who chose the same charity form a group. The Fund helps their cats first.

03

What that group has left at year end goes to its charity.

Any donation depends on the Fund having a surplus after grants and reserves. We aim to give every year, and nothing is promised.

QUESTIONS

Three things people ask.

At the end of each Fund year, after grants have been paid and the reserves the Rules require have been set aside, whatever your group has left may be donated to the charity your group chose. Nobody’s personal money is tracked and there are no individual balances. It is the Fund’s surplus, given in your group’s name.

Yes, whenever you like and without logging in. Ask for a change link on this page, tap the charity you want, and it is done. Four weeks before the Fund year closes we also email every member to check their choice.

Then there may be nothing left to give that year, and that is fine. Your group’s cats were helped, which is what the Fund is for. A shortfall never carries over as a debt, and the next year starts fresh.
